Whilst many conventional lenders and high street banks will shy away from lending
to new start businesses, this scheme has been put in place to bridge the gap.
The Government guarantees 75% of the loan
This means that the lenders risk is minimised, and the right proposals will attract
funding.
You retain control of your business
Unlike equity finance, the SFLGS provides you with a business loan, which means
you will not need to dilute your equity or relinquish any control of the business.
Loans for almost any purpose
Most business sectors are eligible for funding under this scheme, although there
are some exclusions.
Flexible Terms
Capital repayment holidays to help with cash flow, staged drawdown to match your
cash requirements, with repayment terms from 12 months to 5 years typically available.
Fast, reliable cash injections
Whilst there is a "DTI paperwork requirement", we can ensure that this is kept
to a minimum, giving you fast access to the cash injection that your business
needs.
